Deer Island Chalet is our most popular home for families. The cabin sits on 4 acres of a 16-acre island on the Salmon River. In the winter, you can hear and see the west fork of the river. The kids will love the Rainbow play structure with swings, forts, slides and even a climbing wall. There are tons of grassy areas to play in, too. Mom & Dad will like the "Cadillac" of hot tubs that even has a waterfall.

The location, the house, the trail system, all wonderful. The hot tub, deck was awesome, fire pit great! Herb garden was fun. I think the house rates are a bit high. While we really liked the house, but we feel we could get a better value at the coast. Finally, it would be great to have shampoo in the showers. But overall, a great experience.
